NAIDOC Week Cultural Workshop – Get up! Stand up! Show up!
Celebrate NAIDOC Week with Miriki Performing Arts! Known for their amazing cultural workshops for children, Miriki will facilitate a series of fun activities based around Indigenous language, movement, music and more.

Yidinji word challenge
Win a museum prize pack! Head to our NAIDOC display on the verandah to find the meaning of different Yidinji words. Fill in the entry sheet for your chance to win. (Entry box at reception, drawn 12 July).

COVID SAFE MEASURES ARE IN PLACE FOR ALL ACTIVITIES.
For workshops hosted by Cairns Museum, members and annual pass holders will have a small charge of $10 per child to cover the cost of materials.
*NAIDOC Week Cultural Workshop is free for member children and $6 for non-member children.
Adults attending workshop with a child are free, adults wishing to enter museum galleries is $15
